I wish to terminate my storage unit rental agreement on the space described above. I will be moving out of my storage unit on or before the date stated above. In order to terminate my rental agreement, I understand that this form must be signed and delivered at least 10 days before I move out. I agree to leave the unit empty and "broom clean" with the lock removed. I agree that until my lock is removed and the unit is empty, the unit is still considered rented and I am responsible for monthly rent and any late fees that may continue to accrue.
